Each client of Trim the Wick’s business/organizational leadership or personal/family group development services is a partner in our missional work in Kenya. The work we do to help you shine allows us to carry that same light to slum areas at no cost.​

What is the work that we do in Kenya?

  • Lead the same kinds of conference, seminar, small group training, and Biblical teaching events that we provide to our clients.
  • Partner with local leaders and organizations to help meet the physical, educational, and spiritual needs in their communities.
  • Develop personal relationships with the people we serve there, ensuring that they know that they are not our projects, but our deeply loved extended family members.

You may have noticed that we use the term “partner” a lot here. We believe that the Kingdom of God is built when each one of us uses our giftings and talents while linking arms with others doing the same. No ego. No competition. No one gift superior to the next. United as one body, in One Spirit under the one head of Jesus Christ. Each working TOGETHER to build, encourage, and beautify so that we begin to see the Kingdom of God “on earth as it is in heaven.” ​
