What will your teen learn?
Through practical teaching and demonstration, your students will learn how to master their delivery from the inside out:
 3 Confidence Tools: They will learn physical and mental resets, including proper Preparation, 4-4 Breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and shifting from negative to Positive Self-Talk.
 Speech Mechanics: How to systematically hook an audience using stories, bold statements, or statistics, and how to execute a strong final closing sentence.
 Vocal and Body Language Mastery: Tips to control pacing (avoiding the biggest mistake of talking too fast), changing tone, making direct eye contact, and using natural hand gestures.
 Audience Psychology (DISC Integration): They will learn the basics of communication styles.
 Increased Confidence and Experience: Students will create and deliver a 60 second and 3 minute speech to the group.
